No. All US orders are printed and shipped directly from multiple facilities within the United States.

We use 100% american sourced pre-shrunk cotton in jersey knit. Following standard wash instructions (cold water, low heat) keeps the fit perfect.

To ensure the longevity of your garments, please follow these care guidelines:

Always wash the garment inside out to protect the print.

Use a gentle cycle with cold water. High temperatures can cause the print to crack over time.

Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and harsh stain removers

Tumble dry on a low heat setting or, preferably, hang dry.

Never iron directly over the print.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at gerbert12(at)tutanota.com. Please note that returns must be sent back to the address from which you received your package. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
